Mr. Won recently joined Fultonex as Senior Property Manager for the newly constructed mixed-use development, Queens Crossing. He brings with him over twenty years of invaluable experience in commercial real estate management and construction. Mr. Won entered the industry in the early 1980’s as an employee of Olympia and York, U.S.A., where his responsibilities included the development of the famed World Financial Center in downtown Manhattan.   After Olympia and York, he moved to the Emcor Corporation where he was integral in the Grand Central Terminal Restoration Project and the management of Credit Suisse First Boston’s 1.8 million square foot corporate headquarters. Immediately before joining Fultonex, Mr. Won served as Director of Engineering for CB Richard Ellis, overseeing renovation of a 1 million square foot telecommunications property owned by The Carlyle Group.

Mr. Shen joined the Fultonex Management more than ten years ago to streamline management operation systems. Before joining Fultonex, Mr. Shen studied American and Chinese property management systems and has published several papers on the subject. He was among the first professionals to introduce American property management systems into China, authoring an article on the implementation of American systems in China in 1995. Since publication of this groundbreaking work, Mr. Shen has written for numerous scholarly and business periodicals in China, and authored “How to Reduce Your Property Common Charges” scheduled for Chinese publication in October 2007.

Mr. Shen graduated from Wuhan Steel and Iron Institute in China with a degree in electrical engineering and received a certificate in social work from Hunter College in New York City.

Mr. Chang joined The F&T Group as the General Manager of F&T Management & Parking Corp., a division of Fultonex Management, in 2001. Since then, he has devoted himself to the retail management of Flushing Mall, the first complex shopping mall in downtown Flushing. Before Mr. Chang joined The F&T Group, he was the Catering & Banquet Manager of the Sheraton Hotel from 1995. He has been appointed the General Manager of Celebrity Palace Corp., the high-end banquet and restaurant management company of Queens Crossing.

Mr. Chang graduated from the Department of Aeronautics & Astronautics of National Cheng Kung University, the top engineering and sciences university of southern Taiwan. In 1984, Mr. Chang came to United States and studied Hotel Service Management at Johnson & Wales University.
