Mr. Lee’s professional career began with his family's Taiwan-based TAFA Shipping Company, where he quickly rose to become CEO of TAFA Real Estate Development Company from 1973 to 1983. Mr. Lee immigrated to the United States in 1983, founding TDC three years later. He has since assembled significant land holdings in the New York City metropolitan area, primarily focusing his acquisition and development on downtown Flushing, Queens, where he has been highly active in the social and political affairs of the community.

Mr. Lee has developed a rich portfolio of large-scale residential and mixed used projects, many of which have received awards for design and construction quality. Mr. Lee’s vision for the transformation of Flushing has been highly praised and supported by public officials on both the local and state levels. A global citizen with a global view, Mr. Lee has long recognized the enormous opportunities for U.S.-Chinese cooperation, and has built an international real estate presence in China starting in 1998. He has since formed a joint venture with Shanghai Construction Corporation and assembled significant land-holdings for future large-scale, mixed-use developments.

Mr. Lee earned his undergraduate degree in Finance Law from Fugen Catholic University in Taiwan.

Mr. Chiu immigrated to the United States from Taiwan in the early 1980’s. Upon moving to New York City, Mr. Chiu began working at Great Eastern Bank in 1986 where he quickly rose from lending officer to vice president of marketing. Mr. Chiu served as an instrumental executive at the bank until he left in 1996 to form a partnership with Mr. Michael Lee, ultimately culminating in The F&T Group. In addition to being one of The F&T Group's principal investment partners, Mr. Chiu serves as Vice-Chairman / CFO for the family of companies.

Mr. Chiu is a graduate of Soochow University in Taiwan and holds an MBA from Pace University in New York City.

Mr. Meyer began consulting for TDC Development International in 2003 and was appointed President in July of 2005.  He is responsible for oversight of acquisition and development along with the direction of operations and the refinement of long-term strategy for TDC’s involvement in the United States market.

Prior to assuming the Presidency of TDC Development International, Mr. Meyer was a Global Lead at Accenture, the world’s leading management and technology services organization.  In that capacity, he was responsible for Accenture’s worldwide real estate portfolio and office operations. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Meyer was a Vice President of Tishman Realty & Construction, focusing on hotel development and consulting. In this position, he was the lead executive and negotiator for the City of Miami Beach in the development of two convention center hotels costing on the largest public/private joint venture in the City’s history. Earlier, as an executive at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey he acted as the Owner’s Representative and asset manager for the Vista Hotel and played a key role in the rebuilding of the hotel after the first bombing of the World Trade Center.

Mr. Meyer holds a BA in English Literature from Oberlin College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Lee is a principal of the various companies comprising The F&T Group, having co-founded the companies with her husband after immigrating to the United States in 1983. From the inception of TAFA Development Corp. in 1985 through the company’s most recent developments, Ms. Lee has been chiefly responsible for the sales and marketing of all condominium units. After more than two decades of building the family of companies, she remains actively involved in the companies’ operations and strategic investment decisions.
