Mr. Meyer began consulting for TDC Development International in 2003 and was appointed President in July of 2005. He is responsible for oversight of acquisition and development along with the direction of operations and the refinement of long-term strategy for TDC’s involvement in the United States market.
Prior to assuming the Presidency of TDC Development International, Mr. Meyer was a Global Lead at Accenture, the world’s leading management and technology services organization. In that capacity, he was responsible for Accenture’s worldwide real estate portfolio and office operations. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Meyer was a Vice President of Tishman Realty & Construction, focusing on hotel development and consulting. In this position, he was the lead executive and negotiator for the City of Miami Beach in the development of two convention center hotels costing on the largest public/private joint venture in the City’s history. Earlier, as an executive at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey he acted as the Owner’s Representative and asset manager for the Vista Hotel and played a key role in the rebuilding of the hotel after the first bombing of the World Trade Center.
Mr. Meyer holds a BA in English Literature from Oberlin College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
