Mr. Hung plays an integral role in The F&T Group's Chinese retail management group due to more than 30 years of Chinese and Taiwanese retail management experience. Mr. Hung began his career in China as the CEO of United Franchise China Company Limited. In 1993, he aided the Chinese Ministry of Domestic Trade by converting state owned retail franchises into privately owned enterprises. Over the past 14 years, he worked as the General Manager of multiple Chinese retailers including WuMei a giant Beijing retailer and Guotai.   Mr. Hung’s presence at The F&T Group has afforded the company international, retail leadership as well as adept strategic planning, management experience, and financial expertise.

Mrs. Zhu joined F&T Group China as Vice President in the summer of 2006 after more than twenty years of international real estate experience. Immediately before joining the company, she spent 2 years with Cushman & Wakefield, Asia, Shanghai, in the asset service department. Prior to this, Mrs. Zhu held managerial positions at a handful of international firms including her role as Vice Manager of the construction department for Shanghai New World Ltd.

Mrs. Zhu graduated from Wuhan University of Technology and holds a Master of Building Management from West Canada Ontario University.

Mr. Vaggione is an urbanist with extensive experience in comprehensive urban development plans, including the valorization of historic assets. He has completed over fifty project inputs in Latin America, North America, Western Europe and East Asia. He is a registered architect with skills in strategic urban planning and management; vision formulation; historic area regeneration; and territorial identity. Mr. Vaggione serves as the Secretary General of UN Isocarp.

Mr. Vaggione holds urban planning degrees from Harvard University and United Nations University.
