The Park East Condominiums were a gut-renovation of 16 luxury loft-like condominiums and retail space on the ground floor. While the classic façade was maintained, the interior has been completely redesigned and renovated according to the standards of modern, luxurious, urban living.
Tucked in midtown between Union Square, Madison Square Park and the East River, or in an emerging neighborhood otherwise known as the “Nomad”, the Park East Condominiums present residents with a quiet residential oasis within walking distance of some of New York’s most lively neighborhoods.
The nearby streets are lined with some of New York’s most historic and prominent landmarks from the Flatiron Building to the south, and the Empire State building to the north, and many architectural landmarks in between, giving tangible evidence to the neighborhood’s prominence in history.
