China Embassy Residence Tower is a residential building with twenty-three floors. The total floor area is 110,000 sq. ft.

The Tower was built by Princeton General Construction Ltd- a company not affiliated with The F&T Group. Several years after completing construction on the tower, the project manager and superintendent for this project, Ed Miller and Guy Bodenburg left Princeton to join Top8 Construction, member of The F&T Group.

KD International Development Corp., a member of The F&T Group, was involved on this project as a contributing contractor.
