The Comfort Inn & Suites Airport in Maspeth, Queens is located four miles from La Guardia Airport on the Long Island Expressway just outside Manhattan. The hotel was completed in 2005. Top8 Construction served as the development’s general contractor, taking the project out of the ground through completion and operations. The hotel includes 76 rooms, occupying just less than 40,000 square feet. The project architect was Raymond Chen.
