Hudson Plaza is a 7-story luxury condominium alteration and expansion. Preserving the landmarked facade of the existing building constructed in 1887, Top8 expanded the floor plates into an adjacent structure to complete the project. With small retail on the ground floor, the second through fifth floors are comprised of 4 custom designed full-floor residential units, while the top two floors serve as a penthouse duplex with multiple rooftop terraces.

All units were sold-out before construction was completed. Hudson Plaza was designed by BKSK Architects of Manhattan and developed by an unaffiliated private developer.
