Prince Center is a class-A, commercial mixed-use project with 5 levels of offices, ground-level retail and 2 levels of sub-grade parking. The ground level includes frameless storefronts and well-crafted granite paneling. Each granite pier also features historic medallions of Flushing. The total floor area is 110,000 sq. ft.
Prince Center was developed, constructed, and is now managed by members and affiliates of The F&T Group.
Prince Center is now home to the Flushing Art Corner where the talent of local artists is displayed for tenants, visitors, and guests. The first exhibition featured photographs by Howard Hsu, senior vice president of TDC Development, taken during Mr. Hsu's travels around the world, seeking international inspiration for the redevelopment of Flushing.
