138 Reade Street is an out-of-the-ground 8-story luxury residential condominium building with street-level retail on the ground floor. The second through fifth floors were designed as full-floor residential units. The top three floors are wrapped into a single, spectacular penthouse triplex. All units were sold-out before construction was completed. 138 Reade Street was designed by BKSK Architects of Manhattan and developed by an unaffiliated private developer.
