TDC Development acquires property both with its own capital and with funds raised through partnerships with other developers and institutional equity sources.  In partnership with Top8 Construction, TDC Development may build ground up or instead renovate and reposition preexisting properties.  TDC Development is able to guide such projects from inception to closing largely due to the vast array of real estate services provided by The F&T Group.

TDC’s acquisition activity focuses on properties in the New York Metropolitan area, New Jersey, and Connecticut.  The company’s success in acquiring development opportunities through various, competitive requests for proposals may be attributed to its diverse, professional capabilities and its longstanding, strategic partnerships with leading real estate and service investment companies. Such companies include The Rockefeller Group, Tishman Construction Corporation, Perkins Eastman Architects, Arup, and Apollo Real Estate Advisors.
