Top8 Construction primarily operates as a general contractor.  In this role, the company works in conjunction with TDC Development on The F&T Group developments and also with outside developers in the New York metropolitan area.

Top8 has significant experience with a variety of different project types including residential, hotel, office, and commercial. With its diverse team of experienced professionals, including architects, engineers, tradesmen, and project managers the company is invaluable throughout the entire development schedule from pre-development through completion. 

Over the past few years, the company’s general contracting work has been predominantly large-scale, mixed-use developments in Queens, as well as luxury condominium residences in TriBeCa and Midtown Manhattan.
