Fultonex Management, also known as F&T Management & Parking Corp, began managing parking lots associated with and adjacent to The F&T Group developments in 2000. Fultonex has a portfolio consisting of five lots, totaling of approximately 250,000 SF and 1000 spaces under management in downtown Flushing.

The company has experience with both indoor and outdoor parking, in addition to stacker and valet parking. Fultonex Parking Management works closely with the marketing departments of The F&T Group’s retail properties to maximize the usage of its parking lots and the visitors to its retail properties.
