Fultonex Management oversees a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of commercial, retail, office, hotel, parking, and food service operations located throughout the New York Metropolitan area, though largely focused in Queens and Manhattan.

Fultonex has developed operations systems to handle all challenges of property management including service contract negotiations and administration, oversight of building life safety systems and operation, ensuring code compliance with all city rules and regulations, providing quality engineering and maintenance staff, monitoring and staffing building security, providing cleaning and maintenance services.

For each property, Fultonex works with ownership to develop annual property operating and capital budgets that allow the Fultonex professionals to carefully monitor a building’s expenses and revenues to maximize net operating income.
