Over the past 30 years, Mr. Lee and TDC have been involved in the development of 15 million square feet of projects in Asia, including office, commercial, and residential developments. Currently, the company is pursuing over 4 million square feet of commercial development projects in China. Twenty years ago, TDC opened its first office in the United States. In that time span, TDC has been involved in the development of over five million square feet of hotel, commercial, office, and residential space in the New York metropolitan area, primarily in Manhattan and Queens.

TDC's development credentials are further fortified through joint ventures with Shanghai Construction General Group, the second largest construction firm in china, and thirty-eighth largest in the world.
