Brokers Are Using Virtual Reality Headsets to Sell Apartments (New York Post)

Developer F&T Group uses Samsung headsets to extoll the benefits of Tangram, its 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use project in Flushing, Queens. The 3-D experience includes walk-throughs of one of the 317-unit development’s duplex penthouses as well as a retail atrium that F&T’s Helen Lee says is Tangram’s centerpiece. (Condo pricing starts at $625,000 for furnished studios, $685,000 for one-bedrooms, $1 million for two-bedrooms and $1.85 million for three-bedrooms.)
