Second Phase of Sales at Huge Mixed-use Development in Downtown Flushing Set to Begin This Winter (Queens Courier)

The rapid sales of residences in a new luxury mixed-use development in Flushing is leading its developers to unveil the second phase of residential sales earlier than expected.

F&T Group and SCG America — the developers behind Tangram, a 1.2-million-square-foot, mixed-use development — announced that the first residential phase of the development is nearly sold out, with less than 5 percent of residences remaining within the building.
