Overview

Situated on Main Street, one block from the busiest subway station outside of Manhattan, Queens Crossing is the premier mixed use building located in the heart of Flushing’s vibrant retail and business district. The 420,000 square feet property comprise of 210,000 square feet of office condominiums, over 140,000 square feet of cutting-edge retail, entertainment, and restaurant / food court concepts – all serviced by on-site valet parking. Retail tenants at Queens Crossing include TD Bank, MANGO, Nori Nori, Paris Baguette and the newly opened Bo Concept Outlet. With this dynamic mix, award-winning Queens Crossing has been widely recognized as the Flushing’s top retail and office destination.

Designed, developed, constructed, owned, and operated by member companies of the F&T Group, Queens Crossing serves as the international headquarters for the F&T Group along with its primary constituent companies: TDC Development, Top8 Construction, and Fultonex Management.

Queens Crossing is a paragon of urban redevelopment, and is a shining example of what is possible with the right combination of, as Chairman / CEO of the F&T Group Michael Lee likes to say, “Timing, location, and teamwork.”

Queens Crossing was completed in 2007.
