123 Third Avenue

Overview

123 Third Avenue is a 61,000-square foot, 18-story tower with 47 luxury residential condominium units, a retail unit at grade, and a residential entrance on 14th Street. The building provides nearly 3,000 square feet of prime retail space at grade, with double corner exposure and over 125 feet of total street frontage.
The building was designed by Studio 12 of Perkins Eastman Architects. The luxurious feel of the building is compelling to the design-conscious buyer, and is more unique and has more privacy than many of the all-glass, curtain wall buildings that have been the trend in Manhattan over the last few years. The building was developed as a “Green” building, and was designed to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (“LEED”) certification.
123 Third Avenue is located at the crossroads of three of the most highly desirable neighborhoods in downtown Manhattan: Union Square, Gramercy and East Village. In addition to receiving a tremendous amount of light and air due to its corner location, the site provides unprecedented convenience for its occupants: multiple subway lines, extensive retail venues and two city parks are all within a two-block radius of the location. Three movie theaters and numerous bars and restaurants are within a four-block radius.
123 Third Avenue was completed in 2010.
