How buyers are closing virtually at Tangram (Lux Expose)

Condominium closings are still underway as scheduled at Tangram House South, the first of two luxury residential towers at Tangram — the 1.2 million square foot mixed-use development that’s completely transforming the Flushing lifestyle — with buyers now able to close virtually on their home. Several units have closed over the last few weeks alone, including a highly-anticipated penthouse.

First closings at Tangram House South began in November and the building is now nearly sold out. Tangram House South offers stunning apartments showcasing Manhattan-caliber finishes and spectacular private amenities. The building is comprised of a collection of studio to three-bedroom residences and is designed by Margulies Hoelzli Architecture with interiors carefully crafted by award-winning architect and designer Jean-Gabriel Neukomm.
