Catherine Lee is a global real estate leader with deep experience in large-scale mixed-use development. At F&T Group, she has spearheaded the firm’s Asia real estate development initiatives, including the landmark World Trade Center Nanjing and World Trade Center Suzhou projects, helping expand F&T Group’s international platform.
Catherine also serves as a Board Director of the World Trade Centers Association and currently chairs its Investment Committee, where she supports portfolio oversight and strategic capital planning. Prior to F&T Group, she held senior positions at Tishman Speyer and Cushman & Wakefield.
Beyond real estate, Catherine is a contemporary art collector and founder of Crossing Art. She brings this perspective to F&T Group’s projects through art integration, interior furnishing direction, and cultural placemaking.
Catherine holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She is also a doctoral candidate at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
