With over 20 years of experience as counsel, Chris Choi oversees all legal procedures and operations at F&T Group. His extensive background, including work with the New York City Economic Development Corporation, brings invaluable insight into the legal aspects of real estate development.

As general counsel, Chris ensures F&T Group’s legacy remains aligned with its mission of conducting fair and ethical practices as corporate stewards. He establishes the legal groundwork that upholds the firm’s responsibility for each development, addressing community needs while strengthening the local economy.


Chris holds a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from the Stern School of Business at New York University.  He also earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
