Chung Li is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across real estate development, investment, and operations. She has a proven track record managing the financial complexities of large-scale mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects, with expertise in acquisition due diligence, property transitions, private equity structures, and REIT management.

Chung has held key leadership roles at top-tier firms including Hines, RXR Realty, and Paths Management (acquired by Nuveen, a TIAA company). Her experience includes supporting landmark developments such as 56 Leonard and Garvies Point, leading financial operations for portfolios totaling more than 14,000 units, and driving the successful integration of third-party property management platforms.

Known for her strategic approach to financial systems optimization, cash management, and operational scalability, Chung is instrumental in supporting growth initiatives and maximizing portfolio performance.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Baruch College, CUNY.
