Joseph has over 27 years of experience in General Construction, Construction Management, and Project Leadership in the Tri-State area. He began his career building projects in the residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors of the construction industry.  His portfolio consists of successful projects in large scale multi-family market rate, affordable and condo residential developments.  He has also led the successful development of several commercial, retail, hospitality, and institutional facilities. He began his career in 1997 with Indoor Courts of America building Randalls Island Tennis Center and has since then worked for several large General Contractors such as Manhattan Contracting, Hollister Construction Services, Lettire Construction, BFC Development Partners, Bronx Pro Group and Broadway Construction Group.

As Executive Vice President of Construction for F&T Group, Joseph maintains industry knowledge and develops goals and strategies to promote innovation within the company. He is also involved in operations, future business, and strategic planning as well as coordination and production of high-level construction projects.
