Mr. Lee’s professional career began with his family’s Taiwan-based TAFA Shipping Company, where he quickly rose to become CEO of TAFA Real Estate Development Company from 1973 to 1983. After immigrating to the United States in 1983, Mr. Lee built his new company, TDC Development International, three years later. (This needs to be recrafted because TDC Development International doesn’t exist.  Maybe something like…Since 1983 immigrating to US, Mr. Lee has worked to form the foundation to what is F & T today, etc.   He has since assembled significant land holdings in the New York City metropolitan area, primarily focusing his acquisition and development on downtown Flushing, Queens, where he has been highly active in the social and political affairs of the community.

Mr. Lee has developed a rich portfolio of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, many of which have received awards for design and construction quality. Mr. Lee’s vision for the transformation of communities has been highly praised and supported by public officials on both the local and state levels. Moreover, with his global view and perspective, Mr. Lee has long recognized the enormous opportunities for U.S.-Chinese cooperation, and has built an international real estate presence in China since the 1990s.

Mr. Lee earned his undergraduate degree in Finance Law from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan.
