The mixed-use development will feature a 1.5-acre town square with an amphitheater-designed plaza (Phase II), with access to 1,600 underground parking spaces. Phase II will bring a 63,000 sqft YMCA with a pool, gymnasium, wellness facilities, community rooms, and a Universal Pre-Kindergarten. In addition, the project will also include nearly 60,000 sqft of retail/restaurant spaces, 120,497 gross sqft of offices, and approximately 600+ residential units across the remaining two phases, blending a vibrant mix of recreation, commerce, and residential living.
