The mixed-use development will feature a 1.3-acre town square with an amphitheater-designed plaza (Phase II), with access to underground parking spaces. Phase II will bring a 66,000 sqft YMCA for health, wellness, and community. In addition, the project will also include around 132,000 sqft of curated retail/restaurant spaces, 139,000 sqft of office spaces, and residential units across the remaining two phases, blending a vibrant mix of recreation, commerce, and residential living.
